Therefore, manual testing methods as well as automated testing is a must in fully testing an enterprise client/server application. We use Rational Suite Test Products (Manager/Robot), QA Partner or WinRunner//LoadRunner/QTP, to provide graphical test planning which organizes test plans based on the requirements of the application-under-test. We do not use SQA manager to track defect because we have our own customized defect log that tracts defects along a customizable, rule-base workflow for comprehensive and flexible defect management and tracking.

We use either testing tools to record across windows platforms to provide one recording that plays back across any O/S platforms. The teams objective is to create a piece of software that will act as a virtual user. This virtual user will execute actions and record the systems response

The team is highly trained to understand the scope of work in mind, taking a stack of all functions in the executable and making sure that they are complete and stable prior to any UAT, durring the systems test.

Our organization offers seamless cross-windows testing. The tools we use supports both 32- and 64-bit client/server applications which means that you can record test on one windows platform which can be reused, without modification, on other windows platform.
